Attorney Kubinski's practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of real estate, estates and trusts, and business law. He has represented purchasers and sellers of real estate, real estate developers, and financial institutions. After graduation from the University of Pittsburgh in 1971, he served two years in the United States Navy as a quartermaster aboard the U.S.S. Dale (DLG-19). Mr. Kubinski then attended graduate school at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences and published, "The Speed of Sound in Sea Water as a Function of Temperature and Salinity at One Atmosphere" in The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America.
