Mr. Susko is a trial lawyer with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, accidents, medical malpractice, criminal defense, civil rights, and employment discrimination, defamation, and business disputes. His client list has included individuals, businesses, elected officials, professionals, police and fire department chiefs, as well as a member of the Harlem Globetrotters whom he successfully represented. He has tried to verdict over 200 criminal and civil cases during his career. He has been recognized with the designation of "Advocate" by the National College of Advocacy based upon the advocacy training he has received. As well, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy has recognized him with a diploma for intensive professional education training in the practice of Deposition Skills.
Mr Susko has litigated numerous civil rights cases, including § 1983 lawsuits filed against law enforcement agencies and police officers involving claims of racial discrimination, false arrest, false imprisonment, and using excessive force. He has won numerous damage awards for victims whose consitutional rights have been violated. |
